Stuck to the bed...

It is time to get up, pack my snacks, hoist my bags and say bye to the house...but I am stuck to the bed. I feel like a mouse on one of those sticky mouse pad traps. My brain says, "Get up, walk to the shower" but the sticky pad just won't let go...
